Transforming executives and athletes, physically and mentally
Clance Laylor is the founder and CEO of Laylor Performance Systems and a former director of the Poliquin Performance Centre in Toronto, a branch of the world’s leading strength training certification organization.
Clance suffered a serious injury 20 years ago that ended his career in track and field, but inspired him to help other athletes avoid injury through the right strengthening and conditioning.
