Not all workouts are created equal. Most of our clients have tried other programs and come to Laylor because they`re tired of wasting time and money. They want a program they know will get results and our track record speaks for itself.

Individual training
Individual training is the life blood of Laylor Performance Systems and we warn you – it’s not for the timid. We promise to test your limits and empower you reach heights you never thought possible.
First we assess you to determine your individual needs and set a benchmark for your progress.
We go beyond initial strength testing to gauge your nutrition and hormonal profile. This profile is a value of $450 but members pay only a one-time fee of $249. A critical piece of information, your hormonal profile tells us which dietary measures and supplementation will work best for you and guides the design of your strength training program.
Your customized program will help you reach your maximum potential in the shortest amount of time.
All of our individual programs are based on cutting edge research by world-renowned scientist Dietmar Schmidbleicher. In addition to proper nutrition and lifestyle modification, your program will include certified Poliquin and Charlie Frances techniques, and best practices developed by Clance Laylor.
Our programs have turned aspiring athletes into pro athletes and tired executives into industrial powerhouses.
Remote training
Traveling executives and in-season athletes will appreciate Laylor’s remote training option.
Remote training starts with an assessment. We always prefer that you come in person for your assessment but if you can’t, don’t worry. You’re the reason we designed this program!
Our remote program is a three-step process:
- You fill out a detailed questionnaire and provide us with a photo or video of you in shorts so that we can accurately assess your posture and body composition. We’ll discuss the questionnaire and establish your goals in a 50-minute telephone follow up.
- Within three days, you’ll receive your customized program outline. We explain which exercises to do, how many reps and sets, rest periods and frequency. Our online instructional videos will teach you proper form. Like all our programs, nutrition is key so you’ll also receive a nutritional plan outlining foods to eat, foods to avoid and which supplements to take.
We keep in close touch with our remote clients.
- We’ll ask you to email us photos every three weeks so we can gauge your progress and make adjustments to your program as needed.
Your weekly coaching call will keep your head in the game and give you an opportunity to ask questions.
Our remote program costs $1229.00 for 12 weeks and is perfect for clients who already have workout experience. Getting started in the comfort of your living room is so easy. Our remote clients love the convenience of remote training – not to mention the results they see every day when they wake up and look in the bathroom mirror.
Group training
Laylor can accommodate small groups of two or three on a case by case basis. Call for more information.
