As an elite athlete, you can`t always commit to a full-day program. But that doesn’t mean your A-game should suffer.

Because our programs are so specialized, one hour with Laylor is the same as three hours at another gym.

You still get amazing results from your workout, but you also have time to meet a friend for lunch on a patio, play a round of golf or spend time with your family.

Our half-day program starts with the same assessments as the Elite Athlete Comprehensive Program. The only difference is that we`ll enhance your performance within a tighter time frame.

We’ve trained athletes who play hockey, football and baseball and we customize each program to the individual depending on the sport and position they play. Our program has four phases:

Phase 1: Structural Balance
Phase 2: Accumulation and Hypertrophy
Phase 3: Intensification and Strength
Phase 4: Power and Plyometrics
